About the role#
As an Intern-Nurse II in Ortho/Neuro, you provide technical assistance to a group of patients under the direction of a registered nurse. You support the nursing staff, help with service functions, and communicate with patients and guests to ensure quality care.
What you'll do#
- Assess patients and contribute to their care plans.
- Implement and evaluate care plans as directed.
- Assist nursing staff with daily patient care.
- Participate in activities that improve health care delivery.
- Build your clinical leadership knowledge.
- Complete assigned goals and join ongoing educational activities.
What you'll need#
- You must be a graduate of a registered nursing program and currently awaiting licensure.
- You must obtain BLS certification within 14 days of your hire date.
- Computer literacy is required.
- You may remain in the Nurse Intern II category for no longer than 90 days after graduation.

- This is a full-time, on-site position based in Memphis, Tennessee.
- The internship is paid.
- This role operates on a rolling basis.
