About the role#
The Intern-Nurse II 3 North role provides technical assistance and support to nursing staff for a defined group of patients. This position focuses on achieving quality patient outcomes while building a clinical knowledge base and participating in ongoing educational activities.
What you'll do#
- Assess patients under the direction of a registered nurse.
- Contribute to, implement, and evaluate patient care plans as directed.
- Provide direct patient care and general assistance to the nursing team.
- Participate in activities to improve health care delivery and complete assigned goals.
What you'll need#
- Graduation from a registered nursing program and currently awaiting licensure.
- Computer literacy skills.
- BLS certification, which must be obtained within 14 days of the hire date.
