About the role#
AtkinsRéalis is looking for a Cost Management Intern to join our team in New York. This position is for the Winter 2027 term. You will work on-site and gain hands-on experience in engineering services.
What you'll do#
- Research material pricing.
- Check cost management documents for math and logic errors.
- Help cost managers assess project scope and schedules.
- Perform cost data analytics and modeling.
- Assist in the creation of cost reports.
What you'll need#
- You must have completed at least 60 credit hours toward a degree in civil engineering, architecture, construction management, finance, or a related field.
- You must be enrolled in an ABET accredited program.
- You have basic computer skills for data entry.
- You have math skills for simple calculations.
- You have a willingness to learn.

- This is a paid, part-time internship.
