About the role#
Assurant is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support strategic initiatives within our People Organization. This 12-week program offers hands-on experience in HR operations, instructional design, and people analytics. You will join our Talent Acquisition Optimization team to help drive technology changes and improve the hiring manager experience.
What you'll do#
- Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders to define goals and content for hiring manager initiatives.
- Outline key process points and expectations for recruiters.
- Design and launch surveys, including question development and delivery planning.
- Collaborate with analysts to build survey infrastructure and reporting tools.
- Support the People Analytics team in developing dashboards and gathering insights.
- Create content for process guides, including workflow overviews and service-level expectations.
- Work with Learning and Development teams to transform technical content into accessible, visual materials.
- Assist with communications planning and change management for new tools and processes.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited US-based university, working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and creating visual presentations.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Curiosity regarding emerging technology and Artificial Intelligence.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
