About the role#
As an intern on the Retail Integration team, you will support the programs and operations that keep our boutiques running. You will gain exposure to cross-functional projects and learn how our retail business scales. This role is designed to provide you with meaningful experience and a practical skill set in retail operations.
What you'll do#
- Support the execution of daily retail programs and operational initiatives to ensure boutiques function effectively.
- Help manage project timelines, resources, and processes that impact the Retail Division.
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of events, including product launches, new boutique openings, and clientele experiences.
- Support the management of systems, tools, supplies, and internal communications.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate key projects and priorities.
- Participate in planning meetings and working sessions with business leaders.
- Track progress on deliverables and help drive projects toward completion.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary institution, preferably pursuing a degree in Business.
- A preferred graduation date between April 2027 and April 2028.
- A logical, organized approach with an eye for structure and detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
- A resourceful and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Critical thinking skills to solve problems and develop solutions.
- A commitment to quality and achieving results.
- A passion for Aritzia and the fashion industry.
- Prior work experience in Aritzia Boutiques, Concierge, or Distribution Centres is highly valued.
