About the role#
As an intern in the Transformation Management Office, you will function as an internal consultant embedded within a specific business area. You will help the team develop and scale operations by defining target operating models and designing business processes. This role provides exposure to senior leadership and involves working cross-functionally to identify opportunities and create roadmaps for the business.
What you'll do#
- Embed within a business area to support growth and scale objectives.
- Define and implement core operating structures and working models.
- Create frameworks, references, and decision-making models to support consistent execution.
- Engineer effective and efficient business processes.
- Introduce and evolve capabilities to scale the business.
- Integrate tools into daily operations.
- Conduct workshops with department heads.
- Work cross-functionally to identify opportunities and create roadmaps.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary institution, preferably in Business, with a graduation date between April 2027 and April 2028.
- A logical, organized approach with an appreciation for structure and details.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
- A commitment to quality and investing in results.
- A resourceful and entrepreneurial way of working.
- A passion for Aritzia and the fashion industry.

- Previous work experience in Aritzia Boutiques, Concierge, or Distribution Centres is highly valued.
