About the role#
As an intern in the Project Management Office (PMO), you will join a team of certified professionals responsible for delivering complex projects that bring new capabilities and innovations to Aritzia. You will gain exposure to cross-functional business areas while supporting project planning, development, and execution. This role focuses on ensuring that project requirements are delivered to a high quality, on time, and on budget.
What you'll do#
- Champion project methodologies across the organization.
- Support the delivery of transformative projects with appropriate resourcing.
- Develop and maintain project artifacts while reporting on overall status and critical decisions.
- Partner with project teams to ensure the completion of key deliverables at each milestone.
- Interface with stakeholders and support the facilitation of steering meetings and project communications.
- Cultivate a positive team environment to motivate and engage project members.
- Create or contribute to analysis and presentations that aid senior leadership in making decisions.
- Cultivate relationships across multiple departments.
- Organize resources, priorities, and deliverables to ensure effective execution.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution, with a preferred graduation date between April 2027 and April 2028.
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or Operations Management.
- Commitment to learn and apply Aritzia’s Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
- Ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
- Commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.
- Passion for Aritzia and the fashion industry.
- Skills and experience related to Project Management, Program Management, or Delivery Management.
- A logical, organized approach with an appreciation for structure and details.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous work experience in Aritzia Boutiques, Concierge, or Distribution Centres is valued.
Location & details#
- Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 10 to July 30, 2027).
- Employment: Full-time, on-site position.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
