About the role#
As an Intern in Digital Enablement, you will join a team responsible for optimizing digital processes and supporting cross-functional collaboration. This role offers exposure to how digital strategies are developed and executed across the business, including digital product management, design, and supply chain operations. You will support initiatives that help the Digital division scale effectively.
What you'll do#
- Support the identification, evaluation, prioritization, and resourcing of work across the Digital division.
- Assist in coordinating and tracking Digital programs and initiatives to ensure successful execution.
- Support cross-functional operational projects that drive business impact.
- Facilitate collaboration and communication across Digital and partner teams.
- Maintain department tools, documentation, project plans, and business support resources.
- Develop reports, analyses, and presentations to enable informed business decisions.
- Partner with stakeholders to support planning activities, meetings, and project milestones.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary institution, preferably with a graduation date between April 2027 and April 2028.
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Commerce, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
- A problem-solving mindset that focuses on developing practical solutions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present information clearly.
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and leadership principles.
- Ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
- An interest in business operations, project management, digital strategy, or technology-enabled transformation.
- Previous work experience in Aritzia Boutiques, Concierge, or Distribution Centres is highly valued.
