About the role#
This co-op position supports the Retail Media team at Sobeys. You will help create campaigns that drive results for supplier partners, contributing to campaign quality and team operations. This is a four-month, full-time role based in our Halifax office.
What you'll do#
- Support Account Strategists, Account Specialists, and Media Planners with the execution of retail media campaigns across onsite and offsite channels.
- Help analyze campaign results to create performance recaps and presentations.
- Maintain trackers, documentation, and campaign calendars.
- Collaborate with eCommerce, merchandising, and analytics teams to gather inputs and ensure smooth campaign delivery.
- Conduct competitive research and monitor digital advertising trends.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and team process improvements.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary program for Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- An analytical mindset with an interest in performance marketing.
- Excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn about digital marketing and eCommerce.
- Experience with data analysis is considered an asset.
