About the role#
This internship is part of the Digital Trade Excellence Team. You will contribute to high-priority business initiatives that align with the Nike strategic roadmap. You will work under the guidance of senior leaders and managers to take ownership of a project scoped to drive impact. This role offers a view into what it is like to work at Nike full-time.
What you'll do#
- Drive strategy and business case development for digital growth opportunities.
- Quantify opportunities to increase revenue, member engagement, and brand impact.
- Translate strategic concepts into actionable plans across different functions.
- Align stakeholders on priorities, dependencies, and execution pathways.
- Codify learnings into repeatable playbooks.
- Socialize playbooks across Global and Geo stakeholders to scale successful strategies.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an MBA program with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or Spring 2028.
- 3-5 years of work experience is strongly preferred.
- Background in digital commerce, consumer product, retail, product merchandising, or strategy.
- Proven experience in strategic analysis.
- Demonstrated ability in financial sizing and modeling.
- Ability to build business partnerships and work collaboratively in a cross-functional organization.
- Ability to simplify complex recommendations to drive decision making.
- Understanding of digital retail fundamentals and consumer levers.
- Submission of a resume and cover letter as a single combined PDF file.
