About the role#
As a Strategic Planning Intern, you will work with the Converse team to shape the company growth agenda. You will act as a thought partner to senior leaders, exploring complex business issues and supporting long-range business planning. This role involves working across teams including Global Growth, Sportswear, Product Creation, Operations, and Marketing.
What you'll do#
- Partner to develop elements of the Converse global long-term growth strategy.
- Manage cross-functional projects to identify and evaluate critical strategic priorities.
- Conduct consumer, competitive, and market analyses.
- Create financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop action plans to help teams execute on business priorities.
- Assist the Finance team with key projects related to ongoing strategic efforts.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an MBA program with an expected graduation in December 2027 or Spring 2028.
- Three to five years of work experience is strongly preferred.
- Background in corporate strategy, consulting, business development, investment banking, finance, digital or retail, or general apparel.
- Demonstrated ability to structure problems and solve them strategically.
- Experience leading multiple projects at the same time.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence senior leadership.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative analysis and financial modeling.
- A resume and cover letter submitted as a single combined PDF file.
