About the role#
The Marketing Vanguard Program (MVP) Graduate Internship is a full-time, paid opportunity for MBA or Master’s in Marketing candidates. You will join a Nike Marketing team to work on real business priorities. This role involves taking ownership of a defined project while collaborating with experienced leaders and cross-functional partners. You will gain exposure to the Nike marketing ecosystem through hands-on project work and leadership engagement.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to high-priority business initiatives aligned with Nike’s strategic roadmap.
- Partner on elements of seasonal go-to-market plans.
- Support the development and refinement of brand plans.
- Research and synthesize social, cultural, digital, and sport trends to identify insights.
- Participate in working sessions, reviews, and presentations with senior team members.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an MBA program or Master’s in Marketing.
- Expected graduation date of December 2027 or Spring 2028.
- 3-5 years of work experience is strongly preferred.
- 1-4 years of direct marketing experience.
- Ability to translate insights into action and solve problems collaboratively.

- This position is located on-site in Beaverton, Oregon.
- The internship term is rolling.
