About the role#
As an intern in Product Integration, you will gain a behind-the-scenes view of the product lifecycle at Aritzia. You will partner with planning, design, and manufacturing teams to ensure our brand collections are developed and delivered on time. This role focuses on the operational side of the business, helping you build your professional toolkit while supporting the creation of our exclusive brand portfolio.
What you'll do#
- Drive and organize critical product lifecycle activities across various brands and product lines.
- Schedule and facilitate seasonal product and brand meetings to ensure clear objectives and timelines.
- Identify potential risks to brand development and work with your team to resolve them.
- Use data and reporting to analyze brand performance against key development deadlines.
- Support daily business operations in the Product department.
- Participate in weekly status meetings to track the execution of the product lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and build new tools or processes.
- Remove roadblocks for teams during the development phase.
- Assist in project managing strategic Product initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary institution, preferably in Business or a related field.
- A preferred graduation date between April 2027 and April 2028.
- A logical and organized approach with an eye for structure and detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
- A commitment to quality and achieving results.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- A genuine passion for Aritzia and the fashion industry.
- A commitment to learning and applying Aritzia's values and leadership principles.
- Previous work experience in Aritzia Boutiques, Concierge, or Distribution Centres is considered an asset.

- Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 10 to July 30).
- Modality: Full-time, on-site.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
