About the role#
Arcadis is hiring an Interior Design Student for our Design Practice team in Toronto. This role is for students who want to apply their classroom knowledge to real projects. You will work 1 to 2 days per week during the fall and spring semesters.
What you'll do#
- Support Interior Design teams by incorporating drawing and rendering markups.
- Assist project teams through various phases of design and project delivery.
- Coordinate with product manufacturers and vendors to obtain specifications and samples.
- Maintain and organize the office product sample library.
- Research products, materials, and furniture to support team needs.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited Interior Design program with at least 2 years completed.
- Solid design capabilities and a desire to contribute to technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site position based in Toronto, Ontario.
- The role is paid at a rate of $20 to $32 per hour.
- This is a part-time internship with a rolling term.
