About the role#
We are looking for a Water Engineer Co-op to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This position is for a full-time rotation during the Summer 2027 term. You will work on projects related to water, wastewater, and stormwater treatment and conveyance.
What you'll do#
- Evaluate, plan, and design water and wastewater infrastructure including treatment plants and pumping facilities.
- Conduct site visits, perform water sampling, and analyze water quality data.
- Troubleshoot plant processes and evaluate new technologies.
- Assess and develop sustainability and resilience projects for municipalities and utilities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation.
- Use digital tools such as SharePoint, Building Information Modeling (BIM), Power BI, and Augmented Reality.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a BS program for Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering.
- Previous internship experience or coursework focused on water or wastewater sectors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
