About the role#
As the Wholesale Analytics Intern, you support the US Wholesale Key Accounts team. You turn sales, inventory, and account data into insights that improve in-season performance. You will learn how sales, planning, operations, and wholesale partners work together to reach customers. This is a full-time, paid position based in Portland, Oregon, with a hybrid work schedule.
What you'll do#
- Monitor sell-through and available-to-sell inventory to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Manage the weekly available-to-sell order process from identification through follow-up.
- Recommend incremental orders by identifying specific products, sizes, colors, or accounts.
- Create and maintain business reporting using Excel, Power BI, and SPS Commerce.
- Maintain accurate reports, forms, and shared data to support the sales team.
- Improve team processes and data organization by finding more efficient ways of working.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary institution, preferably in Business, Statistics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, or Supply Chain Management.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookups.
- Ability to manage recurring weekly responsibilities alongside longer-term projects.
- Strong attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience or familiarity with Power BI, SPS Commerce, Microsoft PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and ERP or order-management systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional partners.

- Location: Portland, Oregon.
- Term: Winter and Summer 2027 (January 4, 2027 to August 13, 2027).
- Modality: Hybrid.
- Commitment: Full-time (40 hours per week).
- Pay: $21.49 - $26.49 per hour, depending on year of study and experience.
