About the role#
As a Business Intelligence Intern, you will support the BI team in analyzing, visualizing, and optimizing data to help teams make informed decisions. You will gain hands-on experience by working with real datasets that impact business operations. This role is based in our Montreal office and offers mentorship to help you develop your technical and analytical skills.
What you'll do#
- Support the collection, cleaning, and structuring of data from multiple sources.
- Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and reports for KPIs, sales, performance, and operations.
- Analyze trends and identify opportunities for improvement across the business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Operations, and Logistics to understand their data needs.
- Document processes and contribute to the improvement of BI tools and methodologies.
- Test and validate data quality to ensure accuracy and reliability.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a program in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong skills in Excel and SQL.
- Experience with Power BI or similar tools is an asset.
- A strong interest in data, analytics, and problem-solving.
- Ability to structure information and clearly communicate insights.
- Proactive, autonomous, and eager to learn.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French.

- Location: Montréal, Quebec, Canada.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Term: Rolling basis.
- Compensation: Paid internship.
- Commitment: Up to 36 hours per week for 3 months, with the possibility of extension.
