About the role#
This is a paid internship opportunity for the Summer 2026 term based in Montréal, Quebec. This role is on-site and offers hands-on experience in various human resources functions within the apparel and fashion industry.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Support the HR team with daily administrative tasks.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives.
- Help maintain employee records and data.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel.
- Knowledge of HR principles and practices.
- Bilingualism in French and English is considered an asset.
