About the role#
This is a paid, full-time HR internship for the Summer 2026 term. You will work on-site in Montréal, supporting the human resources department with daily operations and ongoing projects.
What you'll do#
- Assist with recruitment processes and onboarding new employees.
- Support the HR team in employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Participate in various HR projects and initiatives.
- Provide administrative support within the HR department.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills.
