BESTSELLER is seeking an HR Intern for a full-time, paid position during the Summer 2026 term. This role provides an opportunity to gain practical experience within the apparel and fashion industry by supporting core human resources functions.
What you'll do#
- Assist with recruitment processes and the onboarding of new employees.
- Support the HR team in the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases to ensure data accuracy.
- Participate in various HR projects and departmental initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach to tasks.
