About the role#
As an Associate Project Specialist, you will join the Technology Platforms and Operations team to support the delivery of projects across our omni-channel platform. This role involves working with Product Managers to coordinate eCommerce, retail, and guest service initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience in project delivery while learning how to manage complex workstreams and align stakeholders across the organization.
What you'll do#
- Support the planning, tracking, and coordination of multiple concurrent projects.
- Track project milestones, timelines, and dependencies, flagging risks and delays as they arise.
- Draft and maintain project artifacts such as status updates, meeting notes, action logs, and RAID logs.
- Coordinate across engineering, business analysis, quality assurance, and business stakeholders.
- Schedule and prepare for project meetings, planning sessions, and team ceremonies.
- Use dashboards and tracking tools to monitor progress, blockers, and delivery health.
- Contribute ideas to improve team coordination and project delivery practices.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in business, technology, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of organization with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn delivery and coordination practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Proactive approach to identifying root causes and developing solutions.
- Flexibility and adaptability when faced with ambiguity.
- Ability to balance autonomy with collaboration.
Location & details#
- Location: North Vancouver, British Columbia.
- Modality: Hybrid.
- Commitment: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Duration: Eight months, from January 4, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
- Compensation: $44,700 - $58,200 CAD, depending on year of study and related experience.
