About the role#
Aramark is hiring a Student Dining Experience Manager to work at Tulane University in New Orleans. You will focus on improving the dining environment for students, faculty, and staff. This role involves developing strategies to increase meal plan engagement and collaborating with university departments to create authentic menus and events. You will report to the Marketing Manager and work alongside culinary teams.
What you'll do#
- Collect and analyze guest feedback to identify trends and solve service issues.
- Implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Plan and coordinate student dining events.
- Develop and manage budgets for student experience initiatives.
- Lead customer service training for dining staff.
- Maintain records of engagement activities and program performance.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor's degree in a field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Operations Management.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working collaboratively with diverse groups of stakeholders.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and non-traditional hours for special events.

- This is a full-time, paid, on-site position located in New Orleans, Louisiana.
- The role follows a rolling term.
