About the role#
This internship provides experience in processing, auditing, and analyzing data for HR and payroll systems. You will work with a professional mentor to gain practical skills in an administrative environment. The program lasts for three months and may lead to a full-time position depending on employer demand.
What you'll do#
- Perform clerical tasks for the payroll department, such as auditing and filing documents.
- Process new garnishment orders and issue payments.
- Assist with payroll processing, including checking emails and voicemails.
- Process and post HR system reports, ensuring they are completed each pay period.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics.
- Maintain daily attendance to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
What you'll need#
- Current residency in Arkansas.
- Ability to pass a standard background check.
- Availability to work 32 to 40 hours per week.
- Authorization to work full-time in the United States without sponsorship.
- Pursuing a degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
- Technical aptitude demonstrated through projects, experience, or online learning.
- Curiosity and a strong interest in learning new technologies.

- Location: Rogers, Arkansas.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Full-time, typically Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Compensation: $15 per hour.
