About the role#
As a Customer Success Intern, you will work with the Acres team in Fayetteville to support clients using a map-based land intelligence platform. You will report to the Customer Success Senior Manager and act as the primary advocate for enterprise customers. This role requires a mix of technical aptitude and relationship management to help users get the most out of land data and analytics.
What you'll do#
- Lead the onboarding process for new enterprise customers, including welcome calls and training.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers to provide guidance and resources.
- Resolve customer issues and maintain accurate records within CRM software.
- Prepare and present business reviews that cover usage and achievements.
- Manage the annual renewal process and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to troubleshoot problems.
- Gather product feedback from customers to inform future improvements.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Computer Science.
- Technical aptitude and experience using CRM software.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Ability to maintain data integrity.
- A customer-focused mindset.
Location & details#
- Location: On-site in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
- Term: Summer 2026.
- Duration: 3 months.
- Commitment: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- Compensation: Paid at $15 per hour.
