    About the role#

    This is a Go-to-Market Engineer internship at Foreko, a procurement operating system company. You will work at the intersection of marketing, data, and technology to build the systems and infrastructure that power our growth. This three-month program focuses on marketing operations, CRM workflows, and AI-driven growth experiments. It is an on-ramp to an IT career, with the potential to convert to a full-time position based on company needs.

    What you'll do#

    • Build and manage outreach campaigns using platforms like HubSpot and Apollo.
    • Develop automated email sequences, newsletters, and marketing workflows.
    • Analyze campaign performance to identify patterns in messaging and engagement.
    • Create systems to improve lead generation and operational efficiency.
    • Experiment with AI and Large Language Models to streamline content creation and outreach.
    • Improve online visibility through growth experiments and digital initiatives.
    • Assist with website updates, product launch materials, and promotional assets.
    • Evaluate automation opportunities across the customer acquisition funnel.
    • Improve data reporting, attribution, and workflow efficiency.
    • Collaborate with the team to test new growth strategies.

    What you'll need#

    • Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to learn quickly.
    • Technical aptitude demonstrated through projects, online learning, or experience.
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Apollo.
    • Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to improve productivity.
    • Ability to interpret marketing performance data.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • A self-starter mindset with the ability to build processes from scratch.
    • Current residency in Arkansas.
    • Ability to pass a standard background check.
    • Ability to work 40 hours per week.
    • Authorization to work full-time in the United States without visa sponsorship.
    • Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or Business Administration.

    Location & details#

    • Location: Bentonville, Arkansas.
    • Work Modality: Hybrid (3 days in office).
    • Schedule: 40 hours per week, typically Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
    • Pay: $15 per hour.
    • Duration: 3 months.
