About the role#
Align AI Solutions is hiring a software development intern to join their team in Bentonville. You will work within the Apprenticely Internship Program to gain hands-on experience under the guidance of a professional mentor. This three-month position focuses on building AI-powered applications and automating business workflows. The role may convert to a full-time position based on employer demand.
What you'll do#
- Build and support AI-powered applications.
- Develop workflow automations to improve business processes.
- Contribute to the creation of client-facing tools.
- Work alongside a professional mentor to grow your technical skills.
- Participate in the Apprenticely Internship Program requirements.
What you'll need#
- You must be a current resident of Arkansas.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, typically Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Technical aptitude shown through personal projects, previous experience, or online learning.
- A strong interest in AI, automation, and real-world business workflows.
- Ability to pass a standard background check.
- Ability to work full-time in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
- Relevant coursework in majors such as Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Cybersecurity, Graphic Design, or Operations Management.
