About the role#
Caddell Reynolds is hiring an AI Operations Intern to help modernize their case management systems. You will work directly with attorneys and staff to build practical workflows, develop expertise in AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude, and turn large volumes of case information into actionable data. This is a three-month, full-time program designed to provide hands-on experience in legal technology. The role has the potential to convert into a full-time position based on employer demand.
What you'll do#
- Audit and organize the case management system to ensure records are accurate.
- Build AI-assisted workflows to process medical records, intake calls, and case documents.
- Draft client updates and status communications for attorney review.
- Document workflows and procedures to improve team efficiency.
- Evaluate new AI tools and report findings to the team.
- Develop simple dashboards to track case status and identify process bottlenecks.
What you'll need#
- Strong problem-solving instincts and an eagerness to learn quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic analytical ability and the capacity to interpret operational data.
- A genuine interest in legal technology and automation.
- Ability to maintain discretion with confidential client information.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, typically 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- Current residency in Arkansas and the ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to work full-time in the United States without sponsorship.
