About the role#
The Product Strategy and Operations intern provides analytical, operational, and strategic support to the Product Management, Experience Design, and Digital Technology teams. This role focuses on product practice and portfolio planning by delivering insights, structure, and cross-functional alignment to support decision-making.
What you'll do#
- Conduct research and analysis using Excel, the Microsoft suite, and AI tools.
- Support partnerships across the organization to ensure alignment and meet commitments.
- Help develop product competencies, frameworks, and learning resources.
- Maintain core product assets, including templates, playbooks, tools, and internal sites.
- Manage and maintain best-practice tooling usage.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited educational institution.
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Completion of at least one year of undergraduate studies or sophomore status.
- A cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.

- Term: Fall 2026 and Winter 2027.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $18.00 to $35.00 per hour.
- Benefits: Includes Amtrak rail pass privileges and one PTO day per academic year.
