About the role#
The Enterprise Platform and Enablement (EP&E) team manages a technology portfolio that includes cloud, network, workplace technology, voice, and infrastructure services. This internship provides an opportunity to support the operational rigor required to maintain visibility and consistency across these initiatives. You will work across the full portfolio, creating documentation and reporting tools that directly influence leadership decisions and team workflows.
What you'll do#
- Document product management and delivery processes within the EP&E portfolio.
- Build and maintain status materials and dashboards for leadership review.
- Research technology trends and industry practices related to cloud, network, voice, and infrastructure services.
- Create analyses and process documentation to improve visibility across various initiatives.
- Identify and propose improvements for gaps or inconsistencies in portfolio management practices.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in an accredited educational institution pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Completion of at least one year of undergraduate studies or sophomore status at minimum.
- A cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.
- Technological literacy and comfort with business or technical software tools.
