About the role#
The Global Risk & Compliance Summer Internship Program provides opportunities across multiple teams within the organization. Interns develop professional skills while learning from experienced colleagues. Placements are determined based on academic background, skills, interests, and business needs. The program focuses on maintaining a safe, sound, and compliant environment through independent risk management assessments and monitoring.
What you'll do#
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks across the enterprise.
- Provide effective challenge and independent oversight of the first line of defense.
- Safeguard company assets from losses due to failed processes or external threats.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations relating to financial crime.
- Protect IT systems from threats including cyberattacks and data breaches.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Human Resources.
- Proven ability to translate highly technical and complex information into easily understandable terms.
- Superior Microsoft Office skills, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong interest in compliance-related activities or experience in financial services.
- Strong work ethic, organizational skills, attention to detail, and project management capabilities.
