About the role#
As a Technical Customer Solutions Manager Intern on the Global Financial Services team, you will gain exposure to how cloud technology drives scale for major financial institutions. You will work alongside experienced managers to contribute to high-impact programs that help customers migrate workloads, modernize applications, and utilize generative and agentic AI to reimagine business processes. This role requires a balance of business acumen and technical fluency to support executive-level customer engagements.
What you'll do#
- Develop cloud adoption strategies, migration roadmaps, and business case frameworks for customer engagements.
- Research generative and agentic AI use cases within the financial services sector and provide actionable recommendations.
- Analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging cloud and AI adoption patterns.
- Create executive briefing documents, program status reports, and adoption maturity assessments.
- Analyze customer cloud usage patterns and migration data to drive informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Solutions Architects, Account Managers, and partner teams to develop cohesive plans.
- Complete AWS certifications and a capstone project that delivers measurable impact to the team or customers.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program with a graduation date between May 2027 and July 2027.
- Enrollment in an academic program physically located in the United States.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Experience in technology domains such as networking, databases, operating systems, or AI/ML.
- Experience working with generative AI, Large Language Models, or machine learning.
- Pursuit of a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
