Technical Customer Solutions Manager Intern - Fall 2026

About the role#

As a Technical Customer Solutions Manager Intern on the Global Financial Services team, you will support efforts to help large financial institutions drive cloud adoption and modernize applications. You will work alongside experienced managers to develop business acumen and technical fluency, contributing to high-impact programs that shape customer migration strategies and the implementation of generative and agentic AI.

What you'll do#

• Develop cloud adoption strategies, migration roadmaps, and business case frameworks for customer engagements.
• Research and evaluate generative and agentic AI use cases specific to the financial services sector.
• Analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging cloud adoption patterns to support customer narratives.
• Build executive briefing documents, program status reports, and adoption maturity assessments.
• Analyze customer cloud usage patterns and migration data to surface actionable insights.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Architects and Account Managers, to synthesize inputs into cohesive plans.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program with a graduation date between May 2027 and July 2027.
• Academic program must be physically located in the United States.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Experience in technology domains such as networking fundamentals, databases (Relational or NoSQL), operating systems (Unix, Linux, or Windows), or AI/ML.
• Experience with generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Machine Learning.
• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
