About the role#
As a Student Ambassador for the Valparaiso division, you will represent ALDI on your campus. This part-time role focuses on building connections, planning outreach events, and recruiting students for District Manager and intern positions. You will work 8 hours per week over an 18-week term.
What you'll do#
- Recruit high-quality applicants for District Manager and intern roles.
- Build relationships with the Career Services office and represent the ALDI culture.
- Plan and schedule campus events to build interest in the company.
- Host at least two campus outreach events and participate in at least one business school career fair and one university career fair.
- Create materials for events and maintain tracking logs, product distribution logs, and meeting notes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to organize tasks, multi-task, and work under deadlines.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a group.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Goal-oriented approach with effective time management skills.
