About the role#
This full-time, 10-week internship provides hands-on experience in warehouse operations. Interns work alongside warehouse staff and leadership to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business. Successful completion of the program may lead to full-time opportunities upon graduation.
What you'll do#
- Learn warehouse operations through collaboration with staff and participation in team meetings.
- Assist leadership with training, administrative tasks, and interview events.
- Support the Inventory Control team with daily tasks, including waste walks and problem-solving exercises.
- Develop subject matter knowledge by working closely with team members.
- Prepare and deliver a formal report and presentation on a warehouse operations topic to ALDI executives.
- Maintain professionalism by adhering to company guidelines and meeting objectives on time.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under strict deadlines.
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures, including refrigerator and freezer environments.
- Capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift products weighing up to 45 pounds.

- Location: Royal Palm Beach, Florida.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $28.00 per hour, with eligibility for overtime.
- Schedule: 40 hours per week.
