About the role#
This full-time, 10-week internship provides hands-on experience in warehouse operations. Interns gain exposure to the business drivers that support retail operations and may be considered for full-time opportunities upon graduation.
What you'll do#
- Learn warehouse operations through collaboration with staff and leadership.
- Assist the leadership team with training, administrative tasks, and recruitment events.
- Support the Inventory Control team with daily tasks, Waste Walks, and problem-solving initiatives.
- Develop a formal report and presentation on a specific area of warehouse operations for executive review.
- Adhere to company guidelines and maintain professional standards in attendance and performance.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Ability to organize tasks, multi-task, and work under strict deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures, including refrigerator and freezer environments.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 45 pounds frequently.
