About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship for the 2026 program. You will work 40 hours per week in a full-time capacity. You will gain hands-on experience by working with district managers to run multi-million dollar business operations. Successful completion of this program may lead to a full-time opportunity after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
- Learn from your trainer to understand the culture of the business.
- Shadow store managers to learn store operations, including customer satisfaction practices and administrative tasks like payroll and hiring.
- Assist with inventory management and participate in store resets or grand openings.
- Work with your assigned team to build subject matter knowledge.
- Prepare reports and presentations for executives regarding store operations.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Ability to build rapport, trust, and open communication with store personnel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

- This position is based in Greenwood, Indiana.
- The role is on-site.
- This is a paid internship at $28.00 per hour with eligibility for overtime.
