About the role#
This internship offers exposure to multiple areas of the site HR team at Satair. You will work across HR operations, recruitment, talent development, compensation, and employee relations. The program runs from May 17th to August 6th, 2027, and includes dedicated support for your professional development.
What you'll do#
- Support daily HR functions including recruitment and compensation.
- Assist in planning and executing engagement activities for the HR and EHS teams.
- Contribute to high-visibility projects related to onboarding and leadership development.
- Create materials and deliverables for review by business management and corporate leadership.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to work in the US without current or future need for visa sponsorship.
- Strong background in Google Suite applications, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
