About the role#
This is a full-time Behavior Analysis Practicum position for master's level students. You will work in a center-based setting to provide early intervention therapy for children between the ages of 18 months and 13 years old. This role is designed to support your path toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
What you'll do#
- Provide direct early intervention therapy in a center-based environment.
- Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
- Develop your clinical skills under the direct supervision of a BCBA.
- Allocate 8 hours per week off your direct care schedule to work on BDS modules.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited master's program in Psychology or a related field.
- Completion of at least 85 percent of your required fieldwork hours, totaling 1700 out of 2000 hours.
- Completion of all required restricted hours.
