About the role#
Action Behavior Centers is hiring for a Behavior Analysis Practicum position in Apple Valley, Minnesota. This is a full-time, paid role designed for individuals working toward their BCBA certification. We offer a rolling application process with no set deadline.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for children aged 18 months to 8 years.
- Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week to working on BDS modules outside of your direct care schedule.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
What you'll need#
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited masters program.
- Current status as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT).
- Completion of at least 85% of your required fieldwork hours (1700 of 2000 hours).
- All restricted hours must be completed.
- A focus on Psychology or a related field.
