About the role#
We are hiring a Behavior Analyst in Training for our center-based therapy program. This role is designed for individuals currently accruing supervision hours who are ready to transition into a BCBA position. We offer a structured path toward certification and provide supervision hours at no cost to you.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years old in a center-based setting.
- Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and our clinical team.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week to working on BDS modules.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
What you'll need#
- Current certification as a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician.
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited masters program.
- Completion of 85% of required fieldwork hours (1700 out of 2000).
- Completion of all restricted hours.

- Location: Arlington, Texas.
- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Full-time (32-40 hours per week).
- Term: Rolling applications.
