About the role#
We are looking for a Behavior Analyst in Training to join our team in Austin. This is a full-time, on-site role for individuals currently pursuing their certification. You will work directly with children and collaborate with our team to provide early intervention therapy.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
- Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week to working on BDS modules.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team.
What you'll need#
- Experience as a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician.
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited master's program.
- Completion of 85% of required fieldwork hours (1700 of 2000 hours).
- Completion of all restricted hours.
