About the role#
Action Behavior Centers is hiring an ABA Student Analyst to join our team in Dallas. This full-time, on-site role is designed for graduate students who are actively working toward their BCBA certification. We offer a structured path for you to complete your fieldwork hours while providing therapy to children between 18 months and 8 years old.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
- Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members to support client progress.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week to working on BDS modules.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
What you'll need#
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) status.
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited master's program related to Psychology.
- Completion of at least 85% of required fieldwork hours (1700 out of 2000 hours).
- All restricted hours must be completed prior to starting.
