About the role#
This Behavior Analysis Practicum is designed for students in master's programs who are currently accruing supervision hours. You will work in a center-based setting to provide early intervention therapy and build your clinical expertise under the guidance of a BCBA.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy for children in a center-based environment.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and collect necessary data.
- Develop your clinical skills under BCBA supervision.
- Dedicate 8 hours each week to completing BDS modules.
- Prepare to sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited master's program related to the field.
- Completion of at least 85% of your required fieldwork hours (1700 of 2000 hours).
- Completion of all restricted hours.
- Current certification or status as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
