About the role#
Ellie Mental Health is hiring a Registered Intern (RCSWI, RMFTI, or RMHCI) for our outpatient clinic in Naples. This role focuses on providing mental health care through a blended model of in-person and remote services. You will join a team dedicated to improving access to care while maintaining a supportive environment for professional development.
What you'll do#
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans.
- Provide care and customer service for a diverse client base.
- Use creative interventions to help clients reach their goals.
- Prepare and submit clinical documentation for every session.
- Coordinate services with families, case managers, school staff, and medical personnel.
- Attend all clinical staff meetings and training sessions.
- Maintain a minimum of 25 client visits per week for full-time status.
What you'll need#
- Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Active Florida Registered Intern license (RCSWI, RMFTI, or RMHCI).
- Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical notes.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems.
- Ability to model stable and appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Successful completion of a Level 2 background screening.
