About the role#
We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Therapist or a Registered Intern Therapist to join our team in Lake Worth. You will provide individual, family, couples, or group therapy. This role offers autonomy and a collaborative environment where you can focus on client care while we handle administrative tasks like billing, scheduling, and credentialing.
What you'll do#
- Perform mental health assessments and create treatment plans.
- Provide clinical interventions to help clients reach their goals and improve daily functioning.
- Maintain a minimum caseload and complete all clinical documentation according to company policy.
- Work with families, case managers, medical staff, and colleagues to deliver quality care.
- Use evidence-based approaches to support client progress.
- Attend clinical staff meetings and participate in ongoing training.
- Communicate effectively with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Follow all ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
What you'll need#
- An active Florida license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD) or registration as an intern (RMHCI, RCSWI, RMFTI).
- A current NPI number.
- A valid Florida driver's license and insurability under our policy.
- Strong skills in diagnostics, crisis intervention, and clinical work.
- Excellent time-management and written communication abilities.
- The ability to work independently.
- Preference is given to candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish.
