About the role#
Ellie Mental Health is hiring a Registered Intern to join our outpatient clinics in Estero and Fort Myers. We support new mental health professionals as they work toward licensure. You will provide clinical care through a blended model of in-person and remote sessions.
What you'll do#
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans for your clients.
- Provide care and use creative interventions to help clients reach their goals.
- Manage documentation for every session according to company policy.
- Bill a minimum of 25 client visits per week to maintain full-time status.
- Coordinate services with families, case managers, and medical or school personnel.
- Attend clinical staff meetings and training sessions.
- Deliver consistent customer service while working with your team.
What you'll need#
- A master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.
- An active Florida Registered Intern license (RCSWI, RMFTI, or RMHCI).
- Experience completing DAs, clinical case notes, and treatment plans.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems.
- Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with a diverse client base.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Successful completion of a Level 2 background screening.

- The position is full-time and paid.
- Work is performed both on-site and remotely.
