About the role#
We are looking for a Behavior Analyst in Training to join our Rising Stars program. This is a paid, full-time practicum role for master's level students who are currently accruing supervision hours. You will work on-site in a center-based setting to provide early intervention therapy for children aged 18 months to 8 years old.
What you'll do#
- Provide direct early intervention therapy in a center-based environment.
- Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week off your direct care schedule to complete BDS modules.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a BT or RBT.
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited master's program.
- Completion of 85% of your required fieldwork hours, totaling 1700 out of 2000 hours.
- All restricted hours must be completed.
