About the role#
Heartland ABA is hiring for the Future RBT / Behavior Hero Fellow position in North Platte. This is a part-time, paid opportunity for individuals interested in supporting children with Autism. We are looking for candidates who can commit to a 6-month period.
What you'll do#
You will provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions. Your work involves implementing skill-building and care plans while maintaining accurate session data on electronic devices. You will also foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
What you'll need#
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent. An RBT certification is required before you begin working. We look for individuals who are patient, compassionate, and able to remain calm in challenging situations. A willingness to learn is essential.
Location & details#
This role is based in North Platte, Nebraska. Services are provided in client homes or community locations. This is an on-site, part-time position with rolling start dates.
About Heartland ABA
Heartland ABA provides personalized, at-home therapy for children and young adults on the autism spectrum. The organization serves individuals between 18 months and 21 years of age. Based in Omaha, Nebraska, the company operates as a privately held entity. It employs between 11 and 50 people.
