About the role#
Heartland ABA is hiring RBT / Behavior Hero Fellows to work with children with Autism. This is a part-time position that requires a 6-month commitment. You will work directly with clients to support their goals using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques. We offer fellowship and internship opportunities to help you accumulate both restricted and unrestricted hours, along with partnerships with BCBA schooling programs.
What you'll do#
- Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions.
- Carry out skill-building and care plans as a member of our clinical team.
- Use electronic devices to record session data.
- Create a positive learning environment for clients and communicate with their families.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- RBT certification is required before you begin working.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in difficult situations.
- A willingness to learn and a desire to help children with Autism.

- This role is based in Ashville, Ohio.
- Services are provided in client homes or community locations.
- This is an on-site, part-time position.
