About the role#
Heartland ABA is hiring Behavioral Health Fellows to work in Cable, Ohio. This is a part-time position that requires a six-month commitment. You will provide direct support to children with Autism in their homes or community settings. This role is open to students and graduates in Psychology, Nursing, Public Health, Health Administration, and Sociology.
What you'll do#
- Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
- Implement skill-building and care plans.
- Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
- Foster a positive learning environment.
- Connect with families.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- RBT certification is required before you start working.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
- A willingness to learn and work with children with Autism.

- Location: Cable, Ohio.
- Work modality: On-site.
- This is a paid, part-time position with rolling start dates.
