About the role#
Heartland ABA is hiring RBTs to work as Behavior Hero Fellows. This part-time role involves providing one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism. You will work directly with clients in their homes or in community settings to support their independence and behavior goals. This position is open to those with a background in psychology or related fields who are ready to commit to a 6-month term.
What you'll do#
- Deliver one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions.
- Implement skill-building and care plans as a member of our clinical team.
- Track and record session data using electronic devices.
- Create a positive environment for clients and maintain ongoing communication with their families.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current RBT certification is required before you begin working.
- Patience and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
- A genuine interest in helping children with Autism.

- Location: Frankfort, Ohio.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Part-time with rolling start dates.
