About the role#
Heartland ABA is hiring Behavior Hero Fellows to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism. This is a part-time position that requires a six-month commitment. You will work in client homes or community locations to help children reach their goals.
What you'll do#
- Implement skill-building and care plans directly with clients.
- Use electronic devices to record session data accurately.
- Create a positive learning environment for children.
- Connect with families as a member of the clinical team.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- RBT certification (required before you begin working).
- Patience and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
- A willingness to learn and work with children.
