About the role#
Heartland ABA is hiring for the Future RBT / Behavior Hero Fellow position in Saint Louis. This is a part-time role that involves direct one-on-one work with clients. You will join our clinical team to support children with Autism and their families. We offer paid training and opportunities to accumulate restricted and unrestricted hours for those pursuing further certification.
What you'll do#
- Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions.
- Implement skill-building and care plans directly with clients.
- Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
- Create a positive learning environment and build relationships with families.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- RBT certification is required before you begin working.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
- A willingness to learn and a commitment to working with children with Autism.
Location & details#
- This role is based in Saint Louis, Missouri.
- Services take place in client homes or community-based locations.
- This is a part-time position with a rolling start date.
- We ask for a 6-month commitment from candidates.
